An Asian holistic treatment centre has expanded from Leicester to new specially designed premises in Bolton.
The Kerala Ayurveda Centre is due to be opened on Sunday by the Mayor Bolton Cllr John Byrne. Local MPs David Crausby and Yasmin Qureshi are also expected to attend. The Bolton centre in Bradford Street, is set within 3,000 sq ft of premises consisting of four treatment rooms, a consultation room, relaxation/yoga room and separate male and female toilets, making it one of the largest and most specialised Ayurvedic Centre in the UK. Director Sarju Raikundalia said: Our doctor and therapists are from Kerala and have many years of relevant training and experience. The Kerala Ayurveda Centre (KAC) has been established since January 2009 and our first branch was opened in Leicester. Due to the success of our treatments and services we have opened our second branch in Bolton.
