I just had an incredible experience at the Kerala Ayurveda Centre with their full body massage, and I have to say, it was fantastic. The massage itself was nothing short of amazing.The therapist used a mix of gentle and more intense techniques to work through the knots in my muscles, covering every inch from my feet all the way up to my head. They used these wonderfully fragrant oils that just added an extra layer of relaxation to the whole experience.It's definitely something I'd recommend to anyone looking to relieve stress, ease muscle pain, or just looking for a way to pamper themselves. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
